At Creemore Springs, we’re all about keeping things simple. When the brewery first opened, we made the decision to make one beer really well, and that’s what we’ve been doing ever since. But we do get bored from time to time. Every 10 years or so, we seem to get an itch to try something new. That’s what happened back in 1997 when we created our urBock a one-off in celebration of our 10th anniversary. It proved so popular that we now brew a small number of batches every winter. When celebrating another milestone our 20th anniversary, our brew master Gord Fuller and the brewers once again created something special, Creemore Springs Traditional Pilsner. It is their interpretation of a classic Czech Pilsner.
Similar to original pilsners, our direct fire brewing process and combination of specialty malts yield a beer with a deep golden colour and delicious malt flavours. Our very own spring water creates a soft pure background on which Czech hops impart a fresh fragrant aroma and bitter finish. Originally Pilsner was to be only a summer offering. But, our fans have spoken and you now can enjoy Pilsner year round. Available at the Beer Store, LCBO, and select bars and dining establishments. Drop us a note and tell us what you think.

The first pilsner was brewed in 1842, over a hundred years ago, in the Bohemian town of Plzen.
Revolutionary at the time, it was a fired-brewed beer characterized by a rich golden colour, sweet
malty flavour and an abundance of hop.
