Out here in our humble little town of Creemore, we spend a heck of a lot of time honing our craft. That means our small batch beers are made with dedication and care. So kick back, relax, and stay awhile. After all, we take our time over here.
For a small-town operation, we have a great selection of beer. All inspired by the time-honoured tradition of European brewing. So whether you like it big and bold or smooth and refreshing, we’ve got you covered.
Lager is made the world over, but our Premium Lager is a one-of-a-kind gem. In all our years, we still haven’t tasted anything like it. Probably because we fire-brew it to be unique and it’s only made with the best ingredients in a traditional way. So say cheers to a beer that’s as distinct as our town.
Kellerbier is an unfiltered medieval German beer known for its naturally cloudy appearance. Back in the day, you could only get a taste if you were a special guest in a brewmaster’s cellar. These days, we happily make it available to everyone.
Urbock gained notoriety in Munich back in 1612 when it was created for Duke Maximilian. Its robust, ruby-hued, subtle, dark-roasted flavours are just as rich as its history. And you don’t even have to be an aristocrat to enjoy it.
This golden Pilsner was crafted to honour the founders of Creemore, determined folk who turned a rugged patch of land called Lot 9 into some of the most prosperous crops around.
Just outside the village of Creemore is where the Mad and the Noisy Rivers collide. It’s also where the traditional and unconventional merge to form our experimental brewing series. And just like the rivers’ constant meander, our Mad & Noisy beers were created to shake up the craft beer landscape, and the way you think about beer.
We took the best of a European lager and a West Coast IPA to create a malty and intriguingly bitter hopped-up brew. Left unfiltered and brewed with five palate-crushing hops, the result is a pithy grapefruit bitterness on a foundation of sweet caramel malt. Yup, this one’s not for the faint of hops.
Inspired by the traditional flavours of a German Weizen Beer and an American Pale Ale, Hop & Weizen seamlessly blends the laid-back West Coast hop notes of grapefruit and tropical fruit with the upbeat Weizen flavours of bubble gum and banana. The result is a carefully balanced, aromatic and effervescent composition. It’s a rhythmic beer mashup you’re sure to dig.
Every now and then we release a beer that’s inspired by our travels or a special occasion. But, alas, the saying goes, all great things must come to an end. These legendary releases have been put out to pasture, but you never know if we’ll bring them back. In the meantime, remember them fondly.
Oktoberfest is the largest festival in the world, and the greatest, if you ask us. So we created our very own rendition of a classic Oktoberfest beer to commemorate the harvest celebrations. Raise a stein to a delicious tradition.
Brewmaster Gordon Fuller and Head Brewer Bryan Egan headed to Dusseldorf in search of inspiration. They returned with something better: A 200-year-old piece of yeast from a German brewery, which was used to create our very own authentic version of Altbier.
Inspired by a trip to Belgium, our brewers concocted their twist on a classic farmhouse ale. Infused with lemon and orange peel, Sunny & Share is an intriguing orchestration of malt, hops and citrus peel that crescendo with a hint of clove. Perfect for sharing, unless you want the whole thing for yourself.
Pilsner was first made back in 1842 with special pale malt, and an abundance of hops to create a delicious, golden beer. Today, we still make pilsner the traditional way except we fire-brew it for a unique twist. Evolution is a tasty thing.
We fire-brew our beer in small batches in an authentic copper kettle. This gives our beer complexity, balance and flavour. Now add some local spring water, barley malt, hops and yeast, and you got yourself something special.
There are about 80 of us happy folk here at the Brewery. We love what we do and it shows in our beer. So if you ever want to stop by and share some good beer and conversation, look for the Old May Hardware store with a 1932 Model A truck parked out front, and our famous copper kettle perched in the window. Cheers!
Water is one of the most important ingredients in beer. While most breweries have to transport theirs from afar, we’re blessed with having our own source just around the corner. The spring, which is the namesake of the brewery, flows from limestone bedrock and is cooled and shaded by hardwood forest. Now you know why our beer tastes so fresh.
So you’re thinking of making the trek to come visit the brewery and drink some free samples? (Yes, you read that correctly.) Good. We’d love to have you.
Just to let you know,we are currently renovating here at the brewery
You're more than welcome to come by, but due to construction, we can’t give you the grand tour. Sorry. The good news is that our new facility is going to be awesome.
Check out the drawings if you have a sec.

The town of Creemore is small, really small. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t a bunch of things to do, see, eat, and of course, drink. Check out all the happenings here.
The scenery up here is breathtaking. Rolling hills and stunning quilt-pattern farmlands make for a serene countryside drive. While you’re at it, pull up to our brewery and stop in for a tour.
The hills of Creemore are filled with local artists, one of which who donated this awesome fountain to our town. Looks like there’s more to raise a glass to here than just deliciously crafted beer.
Whether you’re up for a picnic in the park, romantic French dining, or a piping hot plate of chicken wings, Creemore has a restaurant for you. Just be sure to pack an appetite.
Rolling hills, vast fields, and our stunning escarpment. If you have an outdoor adventure in mind, then Creemore has the space for you to play in. Best of all, once you’re done working up a thirst, we’re just a stone’s throw away.
Our jail is the smallest in North America. The first inmate was a cow (she refused legal counsel). After she was released on bail, the jail was used for residents who had a few too many. But don’t sweat it, we haven’t used it since the ‘40s.

Creemore Springs Brewery is committed to marketing, brewing and distributing our beer in a manner which is respectful of the natural environment and also of the community environment within which our brewery is located. Our operations are conducted under an Environmental Compliance Approval issued by the Ontario Ministry of Environment. In gaining this approval, we became the first craft brewery in Ontario to install odour abatement equipment. This system significantly reduces the odour from our operations that can be detected by our neighbours within the Village of Creemore. The equipment also draws waste heat from our exhaust and uses it to increase effiency of plant processes. Another way in which we recycle waste product is the use of our spent grain as feed for local cattle.
We have installed a series of noise abatement devices and conduct our operations under procedures designed to strictly limit the release of noise into the community. Idling of vehicles is prohibited at Creemore Springs. In order to continuously improve our environmental performance and community interface we work with a Brewery Liaison Committee in Creemore to gain feedback and guidance regarding our impact on the community. Finally, what could be more natural than our beer, which is made only from spring water, hops, malted barley and yeast.
Under the terms of our Environmental Compliance Approval, we are required to make are Emissions Summary Table available for public viewing. The table is available here
