Submit Your Film
DEADLINE:
Saturday, October 11, 2008 at 12 NOON
Please submit your film to one of the following locations by 4 pm Friday, October 10:
- Creemore Echo
- Creemore Springs Brewery
- Curiosity House Books
Last minute entries will be accepted Saturday, October 11 at the Creemore Mocks! booth at the
Creemore Farmers’ Market
until Noon
Please submit two copies of your movie- burned on two DVDs as a data movie file (.mov, .avi, or
mpeg files are acceptable)
Be sure to complete the film entry form
when you hand in your film and you will be given two complimentary tickets to the Mocks Awards Night
as well as VIP Party passes for your entire filmmaking team.
Films must be between 30 seconds and 5 minutes in lengths.
Films will not be viewed past the 5-minute mark from start to finish - so please insure that any
title, out takes or other hilarious, not-to-be missed footage is contained within the 5-minute mark.
All submissions will be reviewed in advance, and if deemed appropriate, played during the
Saturday, October 18 screenings.
NOT ALL MOVIES WILL BE PLAYED AT THE EVENING EVENT. Due to time restrictions only the top 10 or one
hour of movies will be shown.
How the judging panel decides on which movies win
All of the judges decisions are final.
